The Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria (IPAN) is a professional regulatory body established by the Nigerian government to regulate the practice of public analysis and ensure the quality and safety of consumer products in Nigeria. It was established by the Public Analysts Decree No. 100 of 1992, now known as the Public Analysts Registration Act CAP 367 LFN 1990.
