About NUPRC:

Established in accordance with the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act, NUPRC is mandated to regulate the exploration, development, and production of petroleum resources in Nigeria’s upstream sector. The commission operates under the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources and plays a crucial role in promoting local content participation, enhancing transparency, and optimizing resource utilization.

Services Offered:

  1. Regulatory Oversight: regulates upstream petroleum activities, including licensing, exploration, field development, and production operations, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
